Architectural and technological conception

Architectural and technological conception determine main technical and economical activities of the object. :
- total site area;
- construction area;
- total area of the building;
- volume of undergroud and ground parts;
- quantity and location of parking lots in the surrounding areas;

Conception deals with site location specifics, town-planning peculiarities of a city or a district, level of engineering infrastructure development, transport availability.
Conception includes: explanatory note, layouts, sections, fronts, maps, schemes etc.

Preparation and agreement of town-planning basis for allocation of the object (stage PP)

This is a preparatory stage: development and agreement of a pre-project set of documents (town-planning basis for allocation of the object) and receiving of an "Act of permit". This set of document includes:
